Hello, I'm Dani Player  (AKA -  Danimal,  Rockie,  DJ,  Dejee)

I'm a morning person who likes to design things and then animate them. I grew up in the upper peninsula of Michigan and currently live in Baltimore, MD. I work at The Space Telescope Science Institute where I create content that informs and educates folks. I get to spend my days asking scientists questions and learning about the cosmos. It is awesome. Before that I was at The Washington Post where I learned how to craft a story. I also worked at both Fox Sports and ESPN, so I’m the person you want on your trivia team for all those sports questions. I recently got married and became a Player. I am the artist formerly known as Dani Johnson.
